Gorse & Thistle Ltd – Golf Tour Booking Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment

1.1 A booking with Gorse & Thistle Ltd is confirmed only once payment has been received in full or as otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by all clients included within the booking.

1.3 The person making the booking accepts responsibility for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2.⁠ ⁠What Your Payment Includes

Subject to the specific itinerary provided at the time of booking, your payment may include:

•⁠ ⁠Ground transport and transfers within Ireland as specified in the itinerary

•⁠ ⁠Accommodation for the duration of the tour

•⁠ ⁠Pre-booked golf green fees at selected golf courses

•⁠ ⁠Selected food and beverages as outlined in the confirmed tour itinerary

Only items expressly listed in the confirmed itinerary are included within the booking price.

3.⁠ ⁠Flights & Travel to Ireland

3.1 Clients are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights and travel to and from Ireland.

3.2 Gorse & Thistle Ltd accepts no responsibility for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or any associated costs or losses.

3.3 Clients must arrive in Ireland by the date specified as the first day of the tour. Failure to arrive on time will not entitle clients to refunds, itinerary changes, or compensation.

4.⁠ ⁠Travel Insurance

4.1 Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering, but not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Trip cancellation or curtailment

•⁠ ⁠Flight disruption

•⁠ ⁠Medical expenses

•⁠ ⁠Personal belongings

•⁠ ⁠Golf equipment

4.2 Gorse & Thistle Ltd shall not be liable for any losses that would reasonably be covered by appropriate travel insurance.

5.⁠ ⁠Changes to Itinerary

5.1 Gorse & Thistle Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to accommodation, golf courses, transport arrangements, or itinerary details where necessary due to availability, weather conditions, course maintenance, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Where changes are required, Gorse & Thistle Ltd will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives of comparable standard.

6.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities

6.1 Clients must ensure they hold valid passports and any required travel documentation.

6.2 Clients must comply with local laws, golf club rules, accommodation policies, and transport provider regulations throughout the tour.

6.3 Gorse & Thistle Ltd reserves the right to remove any client whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 All refund requests are considered at the sole discretion of Gorse & Thistle Ltd.

7.2 No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations, missed departures, unused services, or early termination of the tour by the client.

7.3 Any exceptional refund granted may be subject to administrative fees and recovery of non-refundable third-party costs.

8.⁠ ⁠Liability

8.1 Gorse & Thistle Ltd acts as an organiser and booking agent for accommodation providers, golf courses, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers.

8.2 Gorse & Thistle Ltd shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expense caused by:

•⁠ ⁠Third-party service providers

•⁠ ⁠Weather conditions

•⁠ ⁠Travel disruption

•⁠ ⁠Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions

9.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

Gorse & Thistle Ltd shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to events beyond reasonable control.

10. Acceptance of Risk

Golf and travel activities carry inherent risks. By booking, clients accept responsibility for participating in golf and related activities at their own risk.

11.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
